All Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF,. Design should be sized to print. See File Prep for more info on how to prepare your order. Orders cannot be started until we have usable artwork.

$20.00/ea color. Under base for dark colored garments is considered one color. Depending on Quantities the Setup Fees or Screen Fees can be Modified or removed.

Our average turnaround time is 7-15 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate, it is not guaranteed and starts when your order is paid for AND we have all information to complete your job. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of Miami Promo Shirts's control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.

For Screen Printing we will do an order as small as 24 shirts per design / 1 color max, We recommend printing at least 72 for best pricing. For Smaller quantities we will use Vinyl Heat Press. Embroidered Apparel will have a minimum of 12 pcs. Additional charges for digitizing may apply for minimum quantity.

Yes. Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same. If we need to change ink colors additional fees will apply. We can change ink color every 36 pieces.

You can order as many different shirt sizes as you want and you DON'T have to order in dozens, unless otherwise stated. Certain brands require ordering in half dozens.

No, this is called contract printing. Miami Promo Shirts Provides it's Customers the Fully Decorated Apparel. We Purchase very large quantities from the manufactures and are able to pass those savings on to our customers.

No we do not... We are not a Blank T-Shirt Provider or Distributor. We only sell products that we decorate for companies, Schools or Special Events.

Yes. Your payment must be received before your order is printed. On some ocassions only 50% Deposit is Required with the balance Due at the time of Completion.
